- Duplicate charges for the same order
- Unauthorized transactions on your account
- Service unavailability preventing order fulfillment
Non-Refundable Items
- Successfully delivered game top-ups
- Redeemed CD keys and game codes
- Activated gift cards and vouchers
- Orders with incorrect user-provided details
Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be credited to your RechargeFuel wallet balance. This amount can be used for future purchases on our platform. Refunds to original payment methods are generally not available for digital products.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Please provide your order details and reason for the refund request.
